I want to start smoking more and have been messing around with different types  of settings with my Homemade jobby BBQ. Also want multi purpose usage.

I do a lot of meat curing also so want to add some cold smoke to these cured meats to enhance the flavours. I will do a post on meat curing soon. Making cured beef and venison is a part of life if you grow up in Africa.

So there is a top that has a flu connection to outside flu. This can be restricted to smoke more. Then there is the front lid out of ply wood .
