I used Nando’s Peri Peri Marinade to cook Chicken on the BBQ in a cast iron pan. This gave it the lovely flavors that comes from the Nando’s marinate but also the smokey aroma that came for the wood fire.
The Chicken was cut into strips. I then put the strips of chicken in the cast iron pan with a drop of olive oil. I then put the Nando’s marinate in and cooked till done
Served the chicken on a bed of garden salad and some Cous Cous.
Sorry yes I know i normally make my own sauces and marinates from scratch but i love the Nando’s marinate and its something that I dont want to try and replicate. Growing up in South Africa I ate a lot of Nando’s .
